Visitation Policy
Clients must complete 14 days before being allowed to have visitors.  Each client will be eligible to have visitors on the third and fourth Sundays of his stay only.  Visitors will be limited to immediate family members and close friends.

All visitors must be listed on the client’s visitation form.  If your name is not listed you may not visit.

We ask that visitors arrive and leave on time.  Visitation hours are strictly enforced for the benefit of the client’s recovery program.  Please do not come to the facility more than 15 minutes before worship or visitation starts.

All visitors must attend the family session in order to visit each Sunday.  Those who do not come for the family session will not be allowed to stay, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Times for visitation are as follows:

Worship service, Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m.
Brief visit with family 10:00a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
Family Program/Class 10:30 a.m. till 11:30 a.m.
Families are asked to leave the Colony at 11:30 a.m. and return for afternoon visitation at 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Visitation for Sunday worship applies only to the two Sundays the client is eligible for visitors.

Family members who have questions about the visitation policy or hours are encouraged to call and check with the Director or a staff member.

Clients can send up to two letters a week; we provide envelopes and sell stamps at cost on site.  Your family member can also receive mail; we do ask that you try not to overload them with too much mail especially during the first two weeks.   Letters may be sent to:
