Samaritan Colony is a Non-Profit Male Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Facility in Rockingham, NC. At Samaritan Colony we help our clients start a journey toward a life free from the devastating effects of alcohol and other drug addictions by providing the highest quality treatment that is affordable to all.
It is our philosophy that all men can recover from substance abuse. Samaritan Colony believes addiction is a three-fold illness and unless all three areas are treated, a person’s life can become unmanageable.
These three areas are: physical, mental and spiritual. We believe through the promotion of abstinence, development of self-sufficiency, acceptance of a power greater than self, supportive connections in the recovery community and completion of educational and work goals that recovery can occur for all men.
